superb accommodation experience
spacious roomfree snack barkind service
the hotel is in a convenient location near many attractions. the staff was very kind and generous. i found camper city king room spacious. the free snack bar available from midday was nice and the coffee with croissants on the roof terrace compensated for the lack of coffee facilities in the room (i did not take breakfast though).

The location is superb. i especially enjoyed the complimentary snacks and drinks always available. The rooftop terrace offered a great spot to relax after sightseeing. the snack bar was stocked with nuts and wraps!

i was greeted with such warmth and detail during check-in the staff provided a wonderful tour of the hotel i found a massive room that included a cute view of the plant wall the complimentary kitchen after midday was a welcome surprise after long walks.

the staff offered restaurant recommendations. they also gave directions whenever we asked. the location is near las ramblas street. free snacks and soft drinks were available in the lobby area.
i noticed a rule change regarding morning coffee. there was no coffee provided without paying extra for breakfast. no coffee machine existed in the room.

The staff at the front desk arranged transportation quickly. breakfast in-house had great service. the rooftop honor bar was relaxing with a view. i loved the shower in my room. It worked very well.
i found that the hotel lacked coffee machines in the rooms. there was no in-room option for coffee! and we had to go downstairs for a cup.
